I had to send back a defective cat tree at my own cost since this company wouldn’t acknowledge the item was faulty. It was shaky and unstable. Even after I shared a video, they just wouldn’t accept that their product was of low quality and unsuitable. After a bunch of emails, they finally agreed to let me return it and said they’d cover half the shipping back to Germany, but only after I left a review on Trustpilot that they didn’t appreciate (and now it seems to have vanished). Then they flipped the script on the shipping cost and told me I had to handle the return and customs all on my own. They were incredibly unhelpful, even when I asked for guidance on filling out the customs form. I sent the item back, which set me back over £40, and they got it last week but are now stalling on my refund. I’ve shot them a few emails, and they keep saying they’ll check the item and I’ll get my money back. It’s been almost 2 weeks since they received it, and I’m still waiting for my refund, which I regret ever buying in the first place. I really wish I hadn’t come across this company because their customer service is just terrible. How long does it take to process a refund for something they’ve had for nearly 2 weeks? I’ve never encountered a company like this before, and I hope I never do again. All I want is my money back. They keep assuring me I’ll be refunded in their responses, but it’s been over a week now with no sign of it.

The cat tree showed up right on schedule and was a breeze to assemble. It's big, super sturdy, and my kitties are all about it. Awesome product, and I'm definitely getting another one.

Not long ago, I ordered a new part for my cat climber that goes from floor to ceiling. Unfortunately, there was a stock issue and delivery was delayed, so I knew I wouldn’t get it for some time. However, after reaching out to James in customer service, he found a good fix for me. Now, my kitties are back to enjoying themselves, playing, snoozing, and sharpening their claws as much as they want. I would definitely recommend Cat Tree!

This cat tree is fantastic and won't tip over. It's solid and top-notch. We've got a few of these, and all five of our cats love 'em.

Cat Tree UK was super quick to reply to my emails and really helpful. After waiting a while, I reached out to them to get an idea of when my order would show up. They were polite and even gave me a live tracking link to ease my mind. Sadly, when it finally got here, there was a chip on the base, which was pretty annoying for both me and Cat Tree UK. They promptly sent out a replacement base. The cat tree is gorgeous, sturdy, and my cats are loving it! 😊

The item arrived quickly and was packed really well. However, I gotta mention that the instructions aren’t super clear; I found it a bit tricky to figure out just from the picture provided. Also, the item isn’t the sturdiest; it doesn’t secure to the wall as it ought to, and honestly, I wouldn’t have forked out £130 if I had known about its stability issues. That said, it’s a nice idea for a cat tree, and my cats seem to enjoy it. Just a bit anxious about leaving them alone on it.

We got the Cat Tree from Ontario back in November 2022, and I gotta say, it’s probably the best one we’ve ever purchased. It’s super sturdy and feels secure, crafted from high-quality materials, and thanks to the strong build, I can see it lasting for years. My cat uses it every day, and I’m pretty sure the bedding area is comfy for him since it’s made of a nice plush fabric. I’m really happy I picked this for him; I should’ve gotten it way earlier. The regular emails about delivery times were a nice touch too.

This cat tree is just fantastic - I got the Maine Coone cat tree since one of my kitties is a hefty boy and all the other trees have fallen apart in no time! The packaging, instructions, and even the gloves and a solid screwdriver really blew me away! Now, all three of my cats enjoy using it, and it’s spacious enough for two of them to snuggle up on the top platform! Totally recommend this product!!!!
